Frank Armstrong born in 1875 was married twice. His first wife Ida passed away in 1877 during childbirth. He later remarried Ellen on Oct 12 1899. Frank & Ellen adopted a baby girl in 1908 or 1909 at Veleda ? Kansas. The adopted daughter's last known address was Muskogee. Ellen's last known address was in Pryor. Frank was a brother of my Great Grandpa John Armstrong.
