I am NOT a descendant, but it may be possible to figure out the first name of Margaret's husband. The 1920 census does not show any good matches for Margaret as a Hallman. But there are a couple of good matches for Armstrongs in PA. One is in Centre Co., with husband Harry Armstrong. No children. One is in Erie Co., with husband Paul. No Children. If you knew any children at all, then a search of the 1930 census could be made. And maybe they moved away from PA, too. With names of children, a better search could be made. Rhonda A.
