"YOU are an Armstrong by adoption???? Huh! I'm a REAL Armstrong. I may forget about driving down to spend Christmas with you." Okay, I'm going to go sulk now, ALL DAY, on BOTH counts!! ;D Yeah, my Dad is the Armstrong descendant, he's a Bynon, his gGrandfather married Elizabeth ARMSTRONG. You may remember me pulling my hair out trying to find her about 3 years ago, probably longer. Took me 1-2 years to find her, but I did eventually, I was very proud of myself for hanging in there!! :D Anyway, he was more of a Dad to me than my bio Dad cause he was my "Uncle". Confused? lol My Dad gave me up for adoption to his sister, who married Norm Bynon, my Armstrong descendant. So my Dad is now my Uncle and my Uncle is now my Dad. More confused? Imagine how I'VE felt all these years! lol We've got my friend Elizabeth's (died of cancer a year ago in TX) daughter and hubby coming for Christmas, Casey arrives late November and I've just invited Elizabeth's Dad for Christmas too if he'd like to make the trip.
