Obituary: Bernice Hilda Armstrong was born July 24, 1917, in Edgerton, Alberta, Canada to Harry and Hilda Alwood. She passed at home on January 8, 2008. Was preceded in death by her son, Richard Lee Armstrong and husband Donald Armstrong; her parents; and all her siblings. She leaves her daughter Carolyn Jean Wood and son-in-law Fred, five grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held a 2 p.m., on Tuesday, January 15, at Beck's Funeral Home, 405 - 5th Ave. S in Edmonds, WA.
