Dear All, St Patrick's was all chaos here in the UK. As Easter falls early the catholic church does not allow it, because no saint outranks Jesus. No saint can be honoured on Holy Week in the run up to Easter so St Paddy is oot! Seems it won't happen again until about A.D. 2080. There are many folk who ignore this anyway so it makes a mare's nest of 'tradition' and holy writ. All sounds Irish to me, (#}:0)) Cheers, Joe.
