This is from their family Bible: "Robert Armstrong and Isabella Johnston (his wife) came to America about the year 1812 from County Antrim, Ireland. George Armstrong, John Armstrong, William Armstrong and James Armstrong their sons were boys upon their arrival. Their were daughters Eliza, & Ann & Isabella." I know your Armstrong does not fit into family of Robert's sons George and James who were both Methodist itinerant ministers. There was also a son, Robert. I have no information on sons Robert, John, and William; they were all born in Ireland, before coming to America in 1812. Could any of them be part of your family?
