Hi A*s ... This information came from a researcher who regularly posts to a county list and a newspaper list and is kind enough to type up countless old newspaper articles. She will permit the information to be passed along when asked, but requests that all information concerning the list as well as her name be included. By my calculations, Mary was born between 1825-1830, and probably in Cumberland, England. Her father's name was William Little from Hawick, Scotland, and she grew up in Chinguacousy Township, Peel County, Ontario. I believe that Robert and Maryended up living in Ontario somewhere. Does some of this sound familiar to anyone?

Armstrong's father, Isaac U. (Ussery) Armstrong was a son of Richard and Martha "Patsy" Huntley Armstrong and a grandson of my Isaac and Elizabeth Ussery Armstrong. I was searching for information on a Richard & Patsy's son, Thomas H. Armstrong and his family in the 1860 Census of Fulton Co., Eagle P.O., AR. This is what I found: 1860 Census, Fulton Co., AR - P.O. Eagle, p. 13 Dan Griffith 29 male farmer TN Jane 27 female AL Riley 5 male AR William 4 male AR Margaret 1 female AR Dan Griffith 68 male SC Richard L. Isaac may have been drawn to join his siblings in AR by the death of their father, Richard Armstrong, in mid 1858.

Hi All I know the A's have a sense of humour, so I hope these two brighten up your Friday - the War Jokes and puns have started filtering through, hope you enjoy these. The first is typically British in it's humour, the second has the sort of ouch factor I enjoy! Kathy "Umm Qasr is a city similar to Southampton," UK defence minister Geoff Hoon said in The Commons yesterday. "He's either never been to Southampton, or he's never been to Umm Qasr" says a British Squaddie patrolling Umm Qasr. he added: "There's no beer, no prostitutes and people are shooting at us. It's more like Portsmouth." CNN/REUTERS: NEWS REPORTS HAVE FILTERED OUT EARLY THIS MORNING THAT US FORCES HAVE SWOOPED ON AN IRAQI PRIMARY SCHOOL AND DETAINED TEACHER MOHAMMED AL-HAZAR. SOURCES INDICATE THAT, WHEN ARRESTED, AL-HAZAR WAS IN POSSESSION OF A RULER, A PROTRACTOR, A SET SQUARE AND A CALCULATOR. US PRESIDENT GEORGE W BUSH ARGUED THAT THIS WAS CLEAR AND OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE THAT IRAQ INDEED POSSESSED WEAPONS OF MATHS INSTRUCTION
