    3. I don't think these are the same Franks. If they are I've never heard about them. My Franks lived in Cole Ridge area. My daddy and his siblings went to school at Bassett(I think that is the name), My grandparents moved to Blytheville in the 1920's from Alabama. They were Jesse E. and Ida Heath Franks. I have a Franks relative who owns or had a tack shop. I'll have to talk to my dad to get all the details. You can look at my website.
