I am working on a book about Dell and have run across a Joe Wallace, living in Dell around 1920. He was on the city council in 1920 but is mentioned several times in the old city council records--one time, I believe, for plowing up a street to plant a garden. If this is the same Joe Wallace, my Mom remembers him living on the western edge of Dell, off Madison St. Also, a G. B.
