I recently visited my aging uncle who lives in Bernie MO. He is the youngest brother of my mothers. as a child, they lived in Mississippi County Arkansas, I could guess about 1922 or so. His mind isn't real clear and he jumps subjects a lot. He did mention a " work farm " as he called it, where prisoners were held and most likely worked on farms and roads and such. I think my question would be, does anyone know of such a place? I believe there were two. One was Tucker Work Farm and the other, the one I am interested in was called Brinkman Work Farm. ( not sure of the spelling) I believe this will help in the exact location of their home place. I believe my grandparents were renting at that time. The surnames I am interested in are WATKINS:CRENSHAW:and WRIGHT. Thanks a lot Laura
