Blytheville Library has most of the records that we found when there visiting. Osceola has a historical museum that is only open one day during the week but the people at the library there called one of the ladies that ran it and they came down and opened it for us. I live in Missoouri and when I went to Mississippi County looking, I found there are two courthouses for the area. One in Osecola Seem to be more helpful. Did not go to library. Their copies are expensive. I think we paid $1.50 each.
