He married Minnie Goodman born September 25, 1892 and died April 6, 1957 in Arkansas. Both are buried in Coffeyville Cemetery in Jackson County, Arkansas.They are the parents of Coot Cannon Morris born March 21, 1925 in Leachville, Mississippi County, Arkansas, and died August 18, 1998 in Texas. Coot married Geneva Irene Snelson born December 26, 1927 in Arkansas, and died March 29, 2003 in Texas. Both are buried in Coffeyville Cemetery as well.
