Frankie, You wouldn't happen to remember some Cavasheres or Brooks, Blanch Brooks, Travis Brooks, Harl Cavashere, Fannie Cavashere, Joyce Cavashere, Ada Cavashere, Fannie married Robert Anderson and I think he was from Blytheville or a surrounding area. Joyce married Clarence aka Philip Ashley in Blytheville in 1951. My dad and Mom met on 2nd street in Blytheville back in 1931 during a carnival there. My dad was with the carnival and when he saw my mom he told another carnie " There goes the woman I am going to marry" My dad was originally from Illinois and that is where they lived after they got married in October 1931. My grandfather was John Lee Cavashere and my grandmother was Linnie (Coonich) Cavashere. She worked at the Blytheville Laundry for many many years. I am looking for a photo of the Laundry and year book photos of any Cavasheres that someone might have. It would be so much appreciated. Fannie and Joyce have both passed on in the last 2 years and Ada Cavashere's husband, William Allred passed on in November. They all live down by Alton, Illinois. I live in McLean County, IL as you can see by my signature. If anyone has old yearbooks or old photos of any of the Cavasheres or Brooks I would love to have them. The Brooks included Mary, who was quite short and physically handicapped, Jewel and I think there was a girl named Opal Brooks. I believe they have all moved to Memphis Tn. I figure if I keep putting this information out maybe someone will have something or know Jewel and the others to pass on that people are thinking about them and would like to contact them. Thanks List for putting up with my long winded emails. ~Debbie In McLean County, Illinois~
