On June 1, 1900 he was a boarder with the Foster family, dwelling 122, family 124. Series: T623 Roll: 1583 Page: 13 Birthdate listed as Sep 1877, born in TN, Father born in KY, mother born Unknown. Noting that Lake County, TN and Mississippi County, AR are neighbors.
