Do you know who maintains the cemetery platt? My brothers and I want to put a tombstone at his grave. We know the general area in the cemetery where he is buried, but want to know the exact spot. My sister Anna Jean Barnes is also buried there, we have put a tombstone down at her grave. I wrote to City Hall, Etowah, Arkansas, but got no response. Any help on a point-of-contact will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
