We can only trace our early Casaday to William Casaday who was born in 1790 in GA. He moved from Harris Co. GA to Tallapoosa Co. AL ca 1835. My gr grandfather Jourdon John Casaday, son of William Casaday, and several of his brothers and sisters left Tallapoosa Co. AL and went to Montgomery Co. MS ca 1872-3. From there, Jourdon John's son John Casaday and his wife, and Jourdon's daughter, Georgia Alice Casaday who married William Henry Shelton in Webster Co. MS came to MS Co. AR ca 1920. We do not know William Casaday's parents or siblings. Have lots of information from William forward but nothing before him. I probably cannot be of much help to you. Sorry. Joyce McFarland
