OH MY Word! Is the Osceola Courthouse not a landmark? It has been there as long as I can remember! The last time I was there , The old merchant store just opened as a museum that I really enjoyed visiting. The lady that worked there, was just wonderful and told great stories about Osceola. While I was there , Doctor Farley, ( I have not a clue which one) came in and he told a few stories. Downtown Osceola looked completely different. They said most of the buildings were being repaired. I missed the Belks Department Store and a lot has of other things had changed, if I were to go today , I would not recognize the town.
