His death certificate reads he lived in Lepanto- Little River. I had been told a son shot him. I am wondering if this is true and which son? My husband is a direct descendant and his grandmother was 2 years old when her father died so she never knew much. I would like a copy of a newspaper story- about the shooting or a copy of an obit. I will pay for the copies. His 1st wife- Sarah, died the year before and he remarried. I don't know her name. He left several children behind and many unanswered questions. The death certificate also didn't give his parents names and I am hoping his obit might tell. Any help is appreciated.
