    3. Vernon & Others, Several years ago I copied the 1890 Reconstructed Census and I have it on hand. I can do look ups for nothing or I can copy it and mail it, not cheap. It is in the Tennessee State Library & Archives (TSLA) and this is where I copied it.     3. For those who might not know, the entire 1890 census was lost to a fire. Some places reconstructed their census from tax records and other records on hand. This was the case in Mississippi Co AR and has been & will be a help to several people, myself included.
