    1. RE: Millard F and Margie RAY -- 1930 Census??
    2. DEBBIE VIETZKE
    3. Thanks for your reply, Joyce. My Millard F Ray was born in 1862 in IL. He and his wife, Margie (CORDELL) RAY, moved from IL to MO to AR in the early 1900's. He was living in Leachville (not sure if that is near Little River) in 1920, but I am not sure about 1930 (don't have access to the 1930 Census - but would really appreciate if someone could find out for me.) They had at least 6 children, Emry, Simmie, Minnie, Mary, George and Jesse. I still need info about dates of death / marriages of children and so forth. I have a few photos of this family and would love to make contact. Margie is the sister of my great-grandmother, Missouri CORDELL. Thanks again for your interest. I believe I MAY remember a Millard Ray that lived close to us during WW2. I was young and could be wrong. I remember he had two daughters. However, if I need to, I can check with my brothers and see if they remember more about him. They are a few years older than I am. I tried writing you at your e-mail address and didn't get a reply, so I'm glad to finally hear from you. Can you give me any information at all on Walker B. Whitmarsh and family. He was the son of Burrell B. and Cora Walker Whitmarsh. I show his wife's name as Odell Gerald and one son J.W. Walker, who I understand died in CA. Do you have any information on this family? Walker died from falling from an oil derrick, and is buried at Woodlawn Cemetery in ElDorado, AR.

Just that Henry always said she and her sister were sent to separate homes. Think their father died first, then their mother re-married. Maybe to Scott. Henry is buried somewhere in North Sawba cemetery maybe behind the water tower in Blytheville. Not far from Elmwood. Kearny was born June 7, 1899, died Oct. 16, 1921 E.O. was born Nov. 27, 1869, died Mar. 19, 1926 Lola was born July 11, 1890, died Dec. 1, 1966 James B. was born Jan. 22, 1918, died April, 1981. I didn't write date for Hazel Louise. Plan to go back to cemetery soon. Will try to get more info. Jonesboro library may have obits. Also Osceola Times.
