She was married to Jefferson/Jeff Davis Estes. Date on the postcard is Feb. 13, 1915. from Hoxie(?), Arkansas. It was sent by my late great aunt Mary Katherine Estes, Holmes, Crumbaugh. My father's family came from Trigg co Ky and Stewart co Tn and ended up there. and in Dunklin co Missouri. Maybe you maybe over looking that he had a church there at one time. My father owned four plotts in Cardwell cemetery in Dunklin co Missouri. He still has two that no one is buried in. But he is buried in Wiliford Ar .So who knows. But If I can help let me know. THOSE ARE THEM! they are the very ones I was looking for.. it is the Rev. Merill Franklin and his wife they are my great great grandparents.. I've been looking every where for them.. I had just got his death certificate and all it told me was "Removed" to Manila. what I can't figure out is WHY. they had no family in that area as far as I knew the were all further south. (Merill died in Little Rock while living with his son in Alexander) and his wife died in Memphis TN.

We have very little at this time and we would like to find more. My father in laws name is James Reagan and his father was Thurman lee. Jim hasn't seen his dad since he was 5 yrs. old and we just found out that he died in 1953. But his grandfather was a James Reagan and we have no clue what his middle name was. I will check the next time I go that way. If there is a headstone to be found I will try to get a picture . There is a small park that one section used to be a Cemetary,, There are still some old head stones there dateing back in the 1800's... so it is possible there still may be one. The main cemetary is pretty well kept up, I dont' recall seeing any missing headstones, maybe a little faded. Rhonda
