    1. [ARMISSIS] Re: VERNOR OR WILKEY DESCENDANTS
    2. Hi, Roy! I have e-mailed you a couple of times in the last few days, maybe you are not getting them? I still don't know about Francis Whitehead, but I definitely know Blanche Wilkey was a Vernor and was the sister of my ggrandmother Effie Vernor-Morgan. Do you know any of Blanche's descendants? I am trying to find someone who might know some specifics about Effie. She only had one child herself, who is now passed away and didn't have much info on her to pass down to my generation. So I think my best bet of finding something on her is to talk to descendants of her siblings - that is where Blanche's children come in. Please let me hear back from you! Nicole

    1. [ARMISSIS] VERNOR AND LANGLEY FAMILY
    2. Does anyone have any information on the James VERNOR and Annie (LANGLEY) VERNOR family from Mississippi county? They had at least 4 children: Zenas, James Stanley, Blanche (who married a Whitehead, then a Wilkey), and Effie, my ggrandmother who married Albert Morgan. Effie died very young and her only child was 2 and of course not much info on Effie has been passed down. I know her sister Blanche stayed in Mississippi county - Manilla I believe - and her brothers and father moved to CA in the 1930's. Some of Blanche's descendants must still be around with some info on their aunt Effie or any info on the family at all. In fact, I think Blanche may still be living also. She was born in 1908 and married Charlie Wilkey. Please let me know if you can give me any suggestions!

    1. [ARMISSIS] VERNOR OR WILKEY DESCENDANTS
    2. I am searching for any information on the descendants of James VERNOR and Annie LANGLEY. They had the following children: Zenas Embrey Vernor, James Stanley Vernor, Edward Vernor, Blanche Vernor, and Effie Vernor. These children were all born in the late 1890's or early 1900's. Effie is my ggrandmother. She married Albert Morgan and died when she was very young in 1919. She left only one child who was only 2 at the time, so not much info on Effie has been passed down. I am searching for descendants of her siblings who I believe may know something of her or or the Vernor family, or have pictures etc.. Her brothers Zenas, and James Stanley moved to CA in the 1930's, however her sister Blanche lived in Manilla, Mississippi county, AR still in the 1980's, and she may have descendants there still. Blanche married Charlie Wilkey. Please let me know if you can help me out - any info is greatly appreciated!

    1. [ARMISSIS] Joe Burchell
    2. I am new to this mailing list, and I am afraid that I don't have very much to go at this point, but I thought that I would post what I do have in hopes that someone might know this family. I am looking for any information on my gggrandfather Joe Burchell. Joe Burchell was married to Prissie (I'm sure that this is a nickname) Potts Burchell. Joe and Prissie had my great grandmother Bertha Catherine Burchell in 1888. Bertha's SS application states that her father was born in Mississippi County Arkansas, but it does not list a birthplace for her mother. I have searched in Arkansas, but I cannot find any Burchell's. Would anyone happen to know any Burchells from Mississippi County Arkansas. Many thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
