Quadrangle Festival The Texarkana Historical Society's annual Quadrangle Festival has grown to one of the south's most exciting arts and crafts festivals. It starts with the Quadrangle Run, features and outdoor market of antiques and collectibles, arts and crafts shows, demonstrations and performances by traditional artists and musicians, live music for all tastes and the variety of good food you'd expect in this part of the country.
