Jim, I took off the end of the URL address (the word index.html) and shortened it to http://www.state.ar.us/ahc/ and it worked- <A HREF="http://www.state.ar.us/ahc/">The Arkansas History Commission and State Archives</A> And then took off a little more ( ahc/index.htm ) shortening it to - http://www.state.ar.us/ and that worked, too. <A HREF="http://www.state.ar.us/">Welcome To The State of Arkansas</A> Hope you can get it now.
