Hi All: Do any of you know the towns along the Arkansas River from Fort Smith to the Mississippi River that actually are on the river. I will be making the trip by boat in the very near futhre and need to know these towns in order to plan my trip. Some of the towns are obvious bur others are not. I need to know towns that are in easy walking distance from where a boat can be tied up. I realize this is not necessarily genealogically related but this river trip will afford me the opportunity to trace the migration up the river as well as the history of settlements along it.
