Hi list - Thought I'd drop a line and add that most Californian's have been threatened with imminent "brown outs" that could hit without warning anytime in the very near future. Unfortunately, our problem statewide is not due to nature but due to lack of foresight regarding the governing and monitoring of our recently deregulated power industry.
