    3. Have no record, Thelma, of any Lantz branch leaving the Ozark area for Nebraska. Just to totally confuse you on this family, the first Lantz I know of came from Hamburg, Germany, by 1780 and married in New Jersey. Somewhere between 1800 and 1808 they moved to Ohio. By 1826 one branch had gone to Missouri, and ended up in the Ozarks. By 1832 one branch had gone to Tennessee and ended up in the Ozarks. Where else they may have scattered to is anyone's guess <groan>. Sounds to me like the four winds would be as good a starting place as any <haha>.
