Rhio, I too, am from the Pacific NW and they are calling it a 7.0 and there is lots of damage downtown. The count is 25 so far injured. We can't get through on the phones but my son did finally get through to us. We were in an adjacent building to the Everett Clinic and I can tell you it rolled and rolled. When we got home all my pictures were crooked and one had fallen. My two, poor cats were very spooked!! When I drove downtown Everett about 20 minutes after the quake, everyone was on the sidewalks out of their buildings, hundreds of them. I cannot reach my daughter in downtown Seattle where she works...the lines are all tied up. Thanks for anyone who would like to say a prayer. Judy, excuse me but how are things in and around Everett. My husbands brother and his family live outside of Everett on an Island. Another brother in Marysville and his family. I have not been able to call out there. The Marysville brother has a daughter in Harrison and she has not been able to call her folks.
