Don, Thanks for the overview of Bill Pierce. Most of it I knew - as my dad is the son who still lives at Flippin. I have asked him questions over the years about the mail runs of his father (never mentioned him being a postmaster). While reading the "History of Marion Co", there is no mention of a post office in Rea Valley. I'm just curious to know where the info came from for the book. My grandparents lived in Rea Valley during the 1920's - two of the older kids were born there. The twins (my dad and his brother, Ray) were born in Flippin. I guess I'll have to do a little more digging. Thanks again. Susan
