Hi Judy, I downloaded it, too, but the image didn't come up in the little box as they said it would. So, I wasn't sure if it DID, in fact, download afterall. Then, when I tried to view images, I just kept getting a blank page, too. I emailed them and called, so I hope others do the same. It might be because this is so new, they're trying to get it all integrated into their software. Perhaps that's the reason for it not working. Anyone else having trouble with it, or have any "fixes" in getting the new image viewer to work?
