Not much, Don. And what I have is rather negative. None of them is in MCAR in 1870. May still be in MO where son Frederick W Dotson was born. None of them is in Helen's reconstructed 1890. If they were here in 1890, someone would have shown up as a taxpayer, but none does. None of them has married nor remarried in MCAR between 1887 and 1917 - not his mother, Elizabeth Shanan, he, nor his children Lillian E, Osias S, nor Frederick W. None of them shows up in Marian's Cemetery book either. It's possible that in 1880 they were living in that part of Blythe Township that became a part of Boone Co in 1881. It's a very slim strip - three sections wide, I believe. Sorry I couldn't find any more than this.
