Betty, there is no surname RHINES in the Marion Co AR 1870, 1880, reconstructed 1890, nor 1900 census. And there is no ANDERSON DAVENPORT either. Also, there is no marriage record in Marion Co AR for Almeda Rhines and Anderson Davenport between 1887 and 1917. The closest I can come is a C. P. Rhyne b 1889 d 1943 buried in the Promise Land Cemetery. This cemetery is in the northeast corner of Marion Co AR on the north side of Bull Shoals Lake not far from the Missouri border.
