Jean, Pigeon Creek is in Baxter Co AR. It's north of Mountain Home between Three Brothers on Rt 5 and Clarkridge on Rt 201. It runs into Lake Norfork. There is also an East Pigeon Creek which runs from Rt 201 SE into Lake Norfork. I've heard of Quality Ridge, but cannot locate it on my map. I'm not real familiar with Baxter Co, but my guess is the Pigeon Creek Cemetery was somewhere close to where Pigeon Creek emptied into Norfork River before Lake Norfork was created.
