Hi All, I am looking for information on Reuban Madewell, son of Solomon Madewell who lived in Marion Co. in 1850 and 1860. Reuban was in the civil war and his service record just ends - His brother was in the same unit and is listed as a deserter, but also there is a story that he was killed and buried along a creek. Reuban, according to family history was the father of Martha Matilda Madewell who was born in Arkansas July 1862 - Her mother was Martha Ann, possibly HARP. Two other children listed as Madewell of Martha Ann were Rhoda (born abt 1857) and Mary (born Feb 1870). Any help appreciated. Thanks. Janet
