Hi List Some of the pay sites are real good, don't forget Ancestry.com (part of Myfamily.com) is the sponsor of Rootsweb.com which is all free. plus they rotate their databases and allow us to view/search for 10 days free. I also am one of the transcribers of data http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~full which is the Fulbright Database and also have 4 email lists and genconnect boards I don't like to pay either but the company's have to make a profit to continue to support the gathering of data.
