    3. Barb, Des Allen has published 3 or 4 volumes called AR Death Index or something like that. You can check these out more fully at Arkansas Research Inc http://www.ArkansasResearch.com. She's extracted the name, date, and county from the index at the AR Division of Vital Records for all deaths on file in Little Rock since Feb 1914 (when death records were first required). If Sarah E (___) Parker died after Feb 1914, it should be in this index (*if* any report were filed from MCAR). If she died before Feb 1914, I haven't the vaguest idea where to suggest you look. Check the lookup volunteers at http://www.rootsweb.com/~arfha for someone who can help with Des' books.
