    1. Nipps Family
    2. Hi Mysty, Thanks for the info on the Nipps family. In my database I have a Sarah Nipps b. Dec. 1879 married to an Oscar Stafford b. Oct 1878 (my grandmother's brother). This couple and one of their sons died during the Spanish influenza epidemic in Marion Co. 1918 - this info is taken from the book - Early Days of Marion Co., Arkansas by Marian & Lester Burnes. The other children were raised by relatives. Do you know if she is related to William Elias Nipps? I do not know who her parents are except that mother's name was Annie and her father died before 1900. There were 7 (or more ?) children born to this union. I only know of Sarah and her brother Ben b. July 1894. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Susan

    3. Have no further information on these folks - such as places and marriage dates. Apparently they didn't marry in Marion Co. Possibly in Baxter Co, more likely in MO. No idea where they were born, either. Again, possibly MO. Go to www.familysearch.org and check the LDS country-wide 1880 census. Just enter Arkansas and the surname or Missouri and the surname for those born before 1880. It's a marvelous research tool <BG> Children of John Henry & Annie Elizabeth (Sanders) Nipps ZINNIE NIPPS.
