Joyce: Thanks for letting me know at least I don't feel like it was just me. I did about 2 weeks ago get a card telling me that they were processing it. And it had a confirmation number on it, so I will write back to them if I don't get it. I have a cousin that lives in Sacramento and perhaps he may be able to do some foot work for me, if needed. I live in Southern California, so I know they are probably working under stress because of the electricity problems and probably don't have enough staff to handle all their request so just have to do the best they can.
