    1. Re: MCAR marriage records
    2. Rita: I corresponded with you sometime ago and you sent me a picture of your Yocham family and I have it in my files. I have the information on all of my great grandfather Mike and Nancy Jane Bevins Yocham's children pretty much. In fact I put the Obit in the Marion County Ar. Web page. I took it from their death certificates. I was trying to clarify up the information that was in some of the descendants of Yochams that was put out by Greg Brown and Bob Derryberry. They had him buried in Ark and also married to another wife. It was a different Mike Yocham. The main thing that I have been trying to find out now is where my granny Nancy Jane Bevins gets her Cherokee from. I may never find out that. I have looked on all of the Rolls and couldn't find any Bevins that I know of that are there. Our family thinks her Cherokee Blood may have come through the Keesee or mybe from old Sam Bevins (he is her father and her mother is Zinna Viola Keesee). If you have any information on that I would be tickled to death, We can't get any information on Sam Bevins. We hit a brick wall after we come to him. Also I had been trying to find out just exactly what time my great grandparents moved from Marion County Ar. to Oklahoma. Do you have access to the 1900 census or did they burn in the court house fire also? How have you been? Working hard like everyone else, I suppose? Thanks for the information and help Rita. Colleen
