Mysty, I don't have much on this family, I expect this was Orville Mears side of the Waggoner family. I only show a Martin WAGGONER b. 20 apr 1851, who was the son of Joshua WAGGONER b. 27 Feb 1813 in TN and Nancy (------) b. 5 Jan 1811 GA. Joshua's father was Daniel WAGGONER b. 7 Feb 1790 NC, and his mother was Rebecca (FITE OR SITE) b. 17 may 1789 NC. Don't know if this is the right Martin WAGGONER. Hope this helps.
