I haven't heard anything being mentioned about Puayullap (SP wrong I think). But I couldn't get through to my friends in Seattle, and then my husband said can't you use the cell phone. So, I tried it and got right through. Fortunately they lived in Renton which is a suburb of Seattle and had no damage to their home nor belongings. I think the worse of the damage was in Pioneer Square where all of the old buildings were and also some of the brick buildings. You might want to try your cell phone, if you can't get through the regular way. Good Luck, Colleen
