Colleen, (my middle name by the way), I did make contact with my daughter yesterday and Pioneer Square is one to two blocks from her place of work. There is structural damage but she is at work today. Her normal 15-20 minute drive took 2 hours and 35 mins this morning due to closure of main thoroughfares for either damage or inspection for damage. Thank you for your concern.
