Believe you will find that Catherine "Katie" Wood born about 1794 in Kentucky is the wife of David Womack. It is said that when they moved to the Hull bottom on the White River she planted an apple tree. Sixty years later it was cut down and a section was taken to the World's Fair in Chicago of 1893.
