They are found on the 1880 census of Marion County, Franklin Township. I know hardly anything of Lucinda and I have emailed some of her descendents, which you may already know. My G-GF was John Thomas Payne who married Mary Herron, daughter of Simon Herron & Susan Taber/Tabor. Also beside Lucinda and John, there was Jame Albert Payne who married Sarah Clark, which by the way, Their oldest son would end up marrying into the Honeycutt Family and Rebecca Payne married Elijah Jefferson Friend. All these families in the same township.
