    3. Haven't a clue about a mental hospital in Benton Co AR, Dolores. My base of research is basically Marion Co. Of both historical and genealogical necessity, I often cross today's neighboring county lines. Benton Co is pretty much out of my territory. Maybe someone else on this list can answer this for you. 3. In Keesee Cemetery, Marion Co AR I find only Mary E Fisher b 1898 d 1942. There are no Roys listed in any MCAR cemeteries. In Georges Creek Cemetery I find Harriet Fisher 1843-1924 and John A Fisher, Co R AR Cavalry (no dates). In Peel Cemetery I find Mary Fisher 5 Oct 1883-14 July 1985 and Preston Fisher 25 Jan 1910-14 March 1915. In Fallen Ash/Noe/Mountain View Cemetery (just north of Flippin) I find Harry E Fisher 23 April 1902-11 Aug 1965. This information comes from "Cemeteries of Marion Co AR" by Lester and Marian Burnes. 3. Jerri, Thanks for the note but I guess what I am finding out is that I can't prove that your dad might have been related to T.J. McCabe. Our line of McCabes I can trace back through Tennessee for several generations but T. J. McCabes grandfather was born in England and came direct to Arkansas, Stone County. There may well be a connection but I believe it had to be back in England many generations back. If you have something that Luther left along this line would like to hear about it. I borrowed all of Luthers notes one time and don't remember seeing anything about that. 3. Folks there is an easy way to restore the sulfnbk.exe file back to where it was. I had the file restored in less than 5 minutes...It took me alot longer to figure out how to fix the dang problem than it did to restore the file. Sincere apologies and please have your windows installation disk ready. Directions: 1. Go to Start 2. Click on Programs 3. Click on Accessories 4. Click on System Information 5. Click on Tools at top of box 6. Click System File Checker 7. A box will have 2 selections...tick on the single file extraction and type in sulfnbk.exe then click OK or Start...insert your windows installation disk 8. Another box will come up so type in Windows System Directory in the "Restore from" line 9. In the next empty line click on Browse and click on the drive that it is being extracted from...drive for cd...mine has the disk drive lit up. 10. File restored

    3. Sorry to be so slow to respond on Mysty's message about the BLM site. Here's the "official" announcement about the problem. It did begin with the demand to remove the CA vital records web site because that site listed so much information about living people. Anyway here you go for anyone who's interested. ****** The U.S. Department of the Interior, has been directed by court order to disconnect all databases that allow access to "individual Indian trust data". Since the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is under the directive of the DOI, it has been disconnected, along with some other vital databases. You can read the DOI memos concerning the court orders at: http://www.doi.gov/ Below are more links if you are interested in the latest news about the court order disconnecting the DOI's databases, including our favorite Land Patent Search at the Bureau of Land Management. Briefly, the databases that seem to be affected are: Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Bureau of Reclamations (BOR) Fish and Wildlife Services (FWS) Minerals Management Services (MMS) National Parks Service (NPS) another favorite!
