Go to the Marion Co web page. Scroll down. Click on Family Genealogies. Scroll down. Click on Angel. This should be helpful to you. Information I have indicates that John Angel b NC ca 1786 d 1862 m 1811 Martha "Patsy" Harris are the parents of James Angel b TN 1814 that married TN 1832 Elizabeth Ward b TN ca 1814. It's possible that John Angel was b in Rutherford Co. NC, but we've not verified this. Further information on the Angel family in Marion Co AR can be found in "Genealogies of Marion County Families 1811-1900" by the Historic Genealogical Society of Marion Co AR, PO Box 761, Yellville AR 72687. This book covers over 400 families, is cross-referenced to spouse families wherever possible (probably 90-95 per cent), is every-name indexed, has sources for data on each family indicated at the end of each family. Order from the Society. It's $60 + $5 shipping. Just getting caught up on some REAL old mail, and wanted to jump in to let y'all know that the MRI showed nothing...well, no it did show a brain and stuff...but no changes since my post-op MRIs, which really kinda stinks. I was hoping they'd find something that could be fixed instead of just going "I don't know WHAT'S your problem." Did another test yesterday, a "CSF Flow Study" which checks up on spinal fluid flowing from the skull to the spine, which my disorder messes up and which causes the pain and the shakes and the forgetfulness and all that jazz. I'm seeing my original surgeon on the 15th and hopefully getting some answers, or at least better drugs, then. It has been a wild trip! Appreciate everyone's continued prayers and support, and when I make it down to Yellville sometime I'll let you see my scar, it's really cool!
