The name of Braden as the maiden name for Samuel Grigg's wife is NOW known to be incorrect and needs to be updated in everyones file. The wife of Samuel Grigg b. 1778 Delaware died 1856 was married to Mary Polly Grimes b. 1780 Washington Co., Va. died Aug. 1859 Maury Co., Tn. They are buried on their own Grigg farm cemetery. Mary P. Grimes' parents are Henry Grimes and Catherine unknown of Washington Co., Va. later moving to Dickson Co., Tn. where they died.
