Is there a Masonic record for William David Howard (W. D. Howard), who lived in Madison Co., AR at the time of the 1860 and 1870 census? Also, his son, William Thomas Howard (W. T. Howard) who lived at Mulberry (which was sometimes in Franklin Co. and sometimes in Crawford County) in the 1880s was said to have been a Mason. Thank you.
