    3. Mike, Thanks! That is one obit I have'nt gotten for me! LOL. Her husband, Raymond Fields, was a 3rd cousin of my father-in-law. Are you descended from any of the Anson Co. NC Caudill/Caudle/Cordells? Her obituary is below from The Morning News of Northwest Arkansas, 24 Feb 1996. Marjorie Maxine Fields, 80, of Springdale died Feb. 22, 1996, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born April 3, 1915, at Marble to Walter and Zula Gage Griggs. She was a homemaker and former poultry worker. She was a Baptist and enjoyed quilting and collecting antiques. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Fields, and one son. Survivors include two sons, Danny Fields and Harold Fields, both of Springdale; two daughters, Patricia Baire of Springdale and Helen Wooten of Conway, S.C.; one brother Raymond Griggs of Richmond, Ky.; one sister, Weltha Mayes of Springdale; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Sisco Chapel of Springdale with the Rev. Rhett D. Baird officiating. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Jasper Resdom Griggs, 85, of Springdale, died January 16, 2000 at Springdale. He was born September 18, 1914 at Kingston, to John Wesley and Martha Clayton Griggs. He was a farmer and a Christian. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred House Griggs. Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Johnny Griggs and Joyce C. of Springdale, James C.
