She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Fields, and one son. Survivors include two sons, Danny Fields and Harold Fields, both of Springdale; two daughters, Patricia Baire of Springdale and Helen Wooten of Conway, S.C.; one brother Raymond Griggs of Richmond, Ky.; one sister, Weltha Mayes of Springdale; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Sisco Chapel of Springdale with the Rev. Rhett D. Baird officiating. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
