There are rumors running rampant, that arkansasgravestones will not allow pictures posted on their site to be posted on any others, such as find- -grave.--NOT TRUE! Here is what the head office says in reply to this rumor: As far as the GPP not permitting anyone else to use a photo -- that isn't true at all. The person who owns the original photo has the copyright and can use it anywhere they wish. All that the "Terms of Use" page is trying to say is that if someone submits a COPY of a photo to the GPP Project -- we reserve the right to use the COPY given to us as we wish. In addition -- if someone wants to take a copy from the GPP site -- they need to get permission from the GPP site -- or the original submitter.
